Founder, Owner & Director of Nursing
Tabatha Truslow is a compassionate Registered Nurse with over 20 years of healthcare experience and a lifelong passion for serving others. As the Founder, Owner, and Director of Nursing of Wyn4Life LLC | FaithWorks Home Services, she combines clinical expertise, leadership, and faith to provide personalized, high-quality care that supports the mind, body, and spirit.
Beginning her career as a Personal Care Assistant and advancing to become a Registered Nurse, Tabatha has dedicated her career to improving the lives of others through compassionate care, education, and advocacy. Her vision for Wyn4Life is to empower individuals to age with dignity, maintain independence, and receive exceptional care in the comfort of their own homes while making a lasting impact throughout Central Virginia.

Alternate Administrator & Certified Nursing Assistant
Anthony serves as Alternate Administrator for Wyn4Life LLC, bringing hands-on caregiving experience and a compassionate, person-centered approach to our leadership team. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, Anthony understands the importance of dignity, safety, respect, and dependable care.
In his leadership role, Anthony supports the day-to-day operations of Wyn4Life and helps ensure our services remain centered on the needs of the individuals and families we serve. Danaisha believes that self-care is an essential part of overall well-being. As our licensed cosmetologist, she provides compassionate in-home beauty and grooming services, including hair care, nail care, and personal grooming, helping clients look and feel their best.
